Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times We offer the following shipping options:

• Netherlands (standard) — 1–3 business days
• EU countries (standard) — 3–7 business days

Carriers We ship with local carrier

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Customs & import duties For orders within the EU, no customs duties apply. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at info@wedgeviewmusic.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
